Prop Hire Terms & Conditions

A 25% non-refundable deposit on your hire items is required to secure your date and booking unless otherwise stated on your invoice. The remainder of the payment is due 2 weeks before your event. Failure to make payment will result in your order being canceled. Please note, your order is not secure until availability has been confirmed and deposit has been received. We can only hold dates and items for 7 days from the date of invoice. Failure to pay a deposit before the due date may result in loss of availability. I'll confirm I've received payment by email.

We accept prop hire only bookings no sooner than 1 year from the date of your event. To secure your date earlier than this please book one of our full styling or coordination services.

Any items that are lost, damaged or stolen prior to collection/return will be invoiced at the replacement price stated on the invoice. All payments for lost, damaged or stolen items are due within 14 days of the event.

Delivery and collection of props is free for any hire orders over £250, or with a booking of any Styling or Coordination Package or our Styling Assistance service, for venues within 80 miles of our South Lincolnshire location. For orders under £250 there is a delivery fee of £0.45 per mile for any location over 10 miles from our base. For these deliveries the first and last 10 miles are free. Any charges for delivery will be clearly listed on your invoice. Rates and order total thresholds for delivery and collection for locations over 80 miles will be discussed and confirmed on enquiry.

If, for any reason, a prop requested for hire can't be provided a suitable replacement will be offered in its place at no additional cost. If no replacement item is suitable then a full refund for this item will be given.

The list of props requested for hire is not final until full payment is received. Props can be added and removed, if availability allows, up until 2 weeks before the date of the event. Outdoor items cannot be refunded if not used due to poor weather.

Unless you have pre-booked The Pack Down service, items should be packed together in the original packaging on return or prior to the collection time agreed at booking. Original packaging and storage boxes will be charged for if not returned.
